* The following Terms Apply to all Rentals:
  • For less than stated minimum rental (for example if only a shorter block of time is available), call manager.
  • All rooms are non-Smoking. Smoking is only permitted in our designated smoking area behind the building.
  • No Pets Allowed on Premises.
  • Most rates are based on two-person occupancy. Three bedroom units are based on six-person occupancy.
  • $8 per day for each additional person over the age of 5.
  • A 25% deposit is required when making your reservation.
  • Payment in full is due at check-in or the next business day after your arrival.
  • Cleaning and Housekeeping fees are included. [Housekeeping is provided on Tuesday and Friday, depending on your length of stay.
    Fresh towels are provided if your stay is longer than three days and fresh linens are provided if your stay is more than one week.
    Utilities (water & electricity) are included.  Free Wi-Fi & use of lobby computer + printer.
    Unlimited free local telephone calls. Long distance calls must be made with VoIP, charged on a phone card, reversed, etc.
  • Phone numbers for all apartments are listed in our Welcome Letter which also lists additional conditions.
  • cancelation Privilege for Deposit Refund - Prior to October 1 for winter-rate rentals - 30 days for all other rentals.
    Refunds for cancelations after the above periods, with special exceptions , will be given only if the apartment is re-rented.
  • If anyone requests a change of apartments for personal preference reasons, the deposit for the apartment first rented will
    stay with that apartment and not convey to the next unless the original apartment is re-rented for the complete duration of your stay.
  • A processing fee of 5% will be charged on all canceled reservations.
  • No refunds for interuptions in Free Wi-Fi availability.
  • No refunds for late arrival or early departure.
  • Check-in time is 3 p.m. We cannot promise early check-ins.
  • Checkout time is 10 a.m. We cannot promise late checkouts.
  • Most major credit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Discover).
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
